I know everyone is probably shocked to see an update. I have been so busy with the family, school, primary, and all that. But, I have a few extra minutes, and I have to plan a menu anyway! Here's what we are eating this week.

Monday - Baked Tilapia

Tuesday - Flank Steak with garlic potatoes

Wednesday - Whole wheat chicken quesidillas

Thursday - Red Beans and Rice

Friday - Sea World!

Saturday - Grilled cheese, soup & salad

Sunday - Citrus herb chicken & rice

If you are wondering why I do this, I got the idea from orgjunkie.com. Tons of people post thier menus, and then we can exhange recipes. I have found some awesome recipes ! I will try to post more later. Like my Christmas photos. I am so behind!

Snow!

I woke up and it was raining(as if that wasn't enough of a shock) and then it started to snow! I couldn't believe it so I took some pictures of it! We are getting ready for our trip and Christmas, so we have been pretty busy lately. I will update the blog after the trip! Flying with 2 toddlers! Yikes!

Eating broccoli

Well, I have five extra minutes so I thought I would post a picture of my boys! I am so excited because they both ate broccoli today! I know, it is not that interesting, but I am very excited. They never eat vegetables! I told them they were trees with snow(Parmesan cheese). I have a ton of pictures to put up of Thanksgiving and putting up the Christmas tree and all that, but I have no time to do it today, so one of these days in the near future, I will do that!

Well, yesterday was a full day. I took one of my finals (only one more to go!) And then the boys and I went on Jonathan's field trip. We went out the the horse stables and the boys had a lot of fun!





Then I went to see Twilight and it was awesome!! I had so much fun! It was so good and I am already ready to see it again. Joe and I are going to see it next week!!
Today we were busy shopping for our Thanksgiving dinner!

Jacob's 2nd birthday!!

Jacob turns two today, and my husband's birthday was Wednesday, so last night we had a party for the two of them. Here are some pictures! Sorry, my son is only wearing a diaper in the pictures. Since he was having cake, we took his clothes off!!
